Author Biography

Frank Deer, University of Manitoba

Frank Deer is an assistant professor in the University of Manitoba Faculty of Education.  Frank earned a PhD in Educational Administration from the University of Saskatchewan in 2008 after obtaining a B.Ed and an M.Ed at the University of Manitoba in 1999 and 2003 respectively.  Frank has served as a classroom teacher in the Frontier School Division, the Pembina Trails School Division and the Winnipeg School Division.
