Closed to new submissions until August 31, 2024

Please note that for a period of approximately six months, until August 31, 2024, in education will not be accepting new manuscript submissions. Given that the journal was without both an Editor-in-chief and managing editor for several months in 2023, a large number of manuscripts submitted during that time (and more recently) remain in a queue waiting for an editor to be assigned and/or the review process to be started. As a result, the new Editors-in-chief, Valerie Triggs and Kathleen Nolan, have decided to temporarily close submissions, effective immediately.

We are sorry for any inconvenience this decision may cause. We recognize, however, that this move is necessary in order to maintain the high degree of professionalism that has come to be associated with our journal, in education.
