Digital equity in education, educational equity as a multilevel organizational phenomenon, and the use of technology in data-driven decision making

Meredith Stewart, Cary Academy

After graduating from law and divinity school, Meredith Stewart decided to do what she'd wanted to do since the age of 6, teach. She is a 6th Grade Language Arts and History teacher at Cary Academy, an independent school in Cary, NC. Next year, she will be piloting the school's first blended learning (classroom and online) course for high school students. She blogs about the work in her classroom and general sixth grade silliness. She also keeps a reflection blog about teaching and learning. You can find her on Twitter at @msstewart.
